The visitors that have attended en- campments in other large cities wers as- tonjshed by the magnitude of the decora- tions. They marveled at the skill of the deeorators and the execution of their de- signs, and their superlatives failed them when expressing their surprise and pleas- ure at the remarkable scene Troops to March | in Splendid HArray.
