The various committees i1 charge have nearly completed their work and In a few days the finishing touches will be given and then the carnival will open in a blaze of glory. The poster carnival is something new to | Californians, but it is a big thing in the t, where it has scored a hit since its ‘Haugm.\lhvn about a year ago. The main attraction will be the exhibition of posters and the fete derives its name from this fact. However, the proposed carnival of the cadets will include other forms of amusement and will be a regular nightly entertainment and fair. GREAT POSTER EXHIBIT. And based { upon the theory that *“a chain is no stronger than its weakest link,” the strength of many other links in the econ- omy of merchandising must be carefully maintained.
