Dodge of the firm of Dodge, Sweeney & Co., which disposes of an estate estimated to be worth between $600,000 and $700,000, was | filed for probate yesterday. Omira B. Dodge, widow of the dcceased, petitioned the court for letters of administration. Dodge, who was a ploneer of this State and a prominent reeident of this city, diel on the” 24th ult. In his will he directs the payment of §5 each to three children, and leaves the residue of his estate to his son Herman. The application of W. F. Burbank of Oak and for letters of aiministration upon the estate of thé late Joseph O'Hare was filed yesterday. In his petition Burbank avers that in May, 184, when the de- ceased made the will filed by him a few days ago, O'Hare was of sound and dis- posing mind. Burbank estimates the es- tate to be worth $45,000. The estate of Dorothea H. Gray has been appraised at $32.530. It conssts of real estate and mortgages and $130 in cash.
