The case promised many sensations, according to the allega- tions. The contestants alleged that the will was made under undue influence on the part of one of the daughters, who was | bequeathed the larger portion of the es- tate. It was alleged that before her death Mrs. Roadhouse decded to her favorite daughter property valued at $20,000. The contestants_who are also children of the deceased, alleged chat their mother's mind had been poisoned against them. The case was set for trial to-day, but when it was called the jury was dlis- charged. It is understood a compromise has been agreed upon, whereby the con- testants receive satisfactory shares.
