New York Metal Market. NEW YORK, April 2—General activity pre- vailed In the local metal market to-day. Tin displayed a weak undertone in sympathy With the decline abroad and trading was dull. The close was very dull at §2 50. At London a loxs of 153 was scored, spot closing at £113 16s and futures at £111 7s 6d. Pigiron warrants, quiet but steady at, $9 509 10 50; Northern foundry, $15 25@16 50. Copper at London was 7s 6d lower at £68 128 6d for spot and £69 2s 6d for futures.
