The Producers’ Ofl Exchange has taken every precaution possible to ex- amine into the standing of the various oll companies before allowing such companies to list their stocks, and those buying and selling through the brokers of the Bxchange will thus have the protection of the Exchange. The first session of the Producers’ Oil Exchange mll be held to-morrow Monday), the 23d., at 11 a. m., in {ts rooms on the gruund floor of the Mills building. Preparations have been made to entertain a large number of people, as every one is invited to attend. Mr., George W. Terrill, the president, will open the session. Then the chairman, Mr. Joseph L.
