CALIFORNIA’S MINERALS. Last Year's Record of Production Shows an Increase. The State Mining Bureau has issued the record of California’s mineral product for 1898, as compiled by its statistician, Charles G. Yale. increase in the production wealth. The annual relay race of the Assoclated Wheelmen will take place this year on Sunday, May 14, and five prominent clubs have teams in training for the event They are the Olympic, Bay City, Garden City, Reliance and Acme wheelmen.
