The German Sayings and Loan Soclety has de- clared a dividend of 4 26 per cent per annum on term deposits and 3.55 per cent on ordinary de- posits, payable ou January 2. The Hope mine of Montana paid a dividend of $10,000 on the 1st, making $£0,000 this year and $612,252 since the beginning. The Last Chance mine of British Columbia paid its first dividend of $20,000 on November 20. The Fortuna Mining and Milling Compauy has declared a dividend of 10 cents per share, payable December 26, The Pacific Gas Improvement Company has re- elected the old directors, with Albert Miller as president. J. M. Liviugston secretary and C. 0. G. Miller treasurer. During the past year regular monthly dividends of 50 cents per share were paid without omission.
