About the only change of importance yesterday was an advance In Hale & Norcross to 87c. The other stocks were quiet at previous quotations as a rule. ‘The condition of the mines remains about the same. Occidental I8 said 10 be looking better. In the Alpha Consolidated mine the upraise from the 450 level has tapped a heavy flow of water, which has _caused & temporary suspension of work at this point. NOTES. The Hutchinson Plantation Company nas de- clared the usual monthly dividend of 15¢ per share, payabie on the 20th. The San Joaquin and Kings River Canal and Irrigetion Company pald & dividend of 40c per share on the 10th. This s the fourteenth dividend. ‘The assessment on Confidence will be delinguent in the boards to-day. The Magflower gravel mine has declared a divi- dend of 10c per share. The Caiume: und Hecla Copper Mining Com- pany wili pay a dividend of 35 per share, or #500,000, on the 18th. The Kearsage Copper dividend of 31 per share will be paid on the 30th. This 15 the second divi- dend, and amounts to $40,000. The first dividend ot $80,000 was paid In Jauuary, 1890. The Osceola Copper dividend of $1 50 per share, or £75,000, will be paid January 15. The "Iamarack Copper dividend of $4 per share, or £200,000. will be paid on the 31st, and it will make £400,000 for the year.
