CHICAGO, 1L, Nov. 9.—The lower consols in London and the weakness of the security market at Paris, which continued to exist this morning, being dueto an unsettled financial condition and not any fear of -diplomatic complication; between Eurcpean powers as was thought yesterday, changed the aspect and tone of the wheat market here to-day. From one of strength it was turned into one in which weakness was the prevailing characteristic. The ofticial estimate of the Russian crop made the yleld 240,000,000 bushels. It was without apparent effect on the market. Export clearances for the week from both coasts amounted to 2,566,000 bushels, against 2,743,000 bushels for lasi week. Business was merely of & scalpiug kind, with no trading entitled to distinction. Re- celpts in the Northwest were large av 1191 cars, and Chicago had 422. Withdrawals from store were 90,200 bushels and 112,732 bushels cleared st the seaboard, Liverpool cables were firm and 14@%d higher. Liverpool cables were firm and 14d 10 34d higher. Export clearances smounted to 64,230 bushels.
