He denied the charge, and the evidence was very conflicting. The testimony devel- oped the fact that Irwin's mother-in- law caused all the trouble. The wife filed suit afew days ago against Ir- win for divorce, and Judge Sanders said he thought she ought to get it for the good of all concerned.
