R. Hindman, of Adair county, for Clerk of Court of t Appeals. The convention pro- nounced emphatically against fasion with the Republicans. The convention was called to order at Music Hall at 2 o'clock by A. J. Carroll, whointroduced Judge James i . Sims, of Bowling Green, as tem- porary cheirman, nent organization named John G.
