Fisher, ex-mayor and one of Paducah'’s oldest and most venerated citizens, died at 4:20 o'clock yesterday afternoon at his residence on South Fourth street, of general debility and the effects of a fall recently sustained. Mr. Fisher bad just turned eighty, and on his last birthday had a family reunion, to which all bis children and grand children were invited.
