After losing the first game of a double-header to the Chicago Union Giants, 7 to 5, the Brandeis Stores team, with Olson in the box, came right back and shut the colored boys out, 5 to 0, in the second fray. The local boys won the second game in the first inning, when Law- \ler’s triple scored |Roben, who had reviously reached first on an error, hree singles, and a triple by Wood- ruff sandwiched between, scored three runs in the third. For good measure the Brandeis scored one more in the sixth. Dygert tripled and came home on Roben’s sacrifice fly to left. A crowd of 2,000 saw the games. The management will try to fix up a deal that will bring the All Na- tions and the Chicago Union Giants here in September to play the first game of a double-header and the Brandeis team to play the winners, Score, first game; BRANDEIS BTORES, ~ UNION GIANTS, LH.O.A.B, AB.
