Judge Carland has imposed sentences In all cases where conylctions had béen cured as the resuit of jury tridls and ir the cases of those défendants who had en- tered pleas of guilty during the term. The sentences Imposed by Judge Carland were as follow Samuel Spotted War Bonnet, one year in the federal penitentiary at Leavenwortn, an. Alexander LaRousch and High Otter, one year and-orie day each in the federal ‘pen- itentiary and a fine of 3100 each and costs of prosecution.
