While Judge Day was charging the jury in the suit of Mrs. Clara Faus against J. 8. Cross for selling her husband liqugr, Judge Sutton was impaneling a jury which will sit under Judge Day in a will case. Tt is the appeal in the matter of the will left by Mra. Mary A. Gray, who died at Waterloo, November 8, 1907. She left nearly all her property to her sister, Mrs. Blecta | A.
