Miller, for the past sixteen years a conductor on the Chicago Great Western rallway between Kansas City and Oelwein, Ia., who, It will be remembered, | suftered the loss of his eyesight some two years ago with atrophy of the optic nerve as the result of an accident during his layover at Oelwein in April, 1901, has been treated by Dr. Henry F.
