TEKAMAH, Neb., Nov (Special.)— Physicians who attended him and the coro- oner's jury who heard tho testimony at the inquest declare that liquor killed Adolph Sandan Saturday night, but the identity of the person who sold the boy the intoxicant remains unknown .despite the gencral in- quiry that has been made since the death occurred Sandan, who was 16 years old and whose parents live in Herman, husked corn at the Campbell-Rankin ranch, seven miles south- east of Tekamah, Friday and Saturday, and went Into town Saturday evening with three other hands to do trading. The other men & | of the party say that they drank beer in moderation while in town, but that the bar- tender declined to serve Sandan because he was under age, and that when they started home they thought Sandan, who was driving, was perfectly sober. They could not revive him then nor when they reached the ranch boarding house, where, soon after be- ing put to bed, Sandan vomited coplously then fell into what appeared a natural without again opening his eyes.
