Some of the big, heavy cattle were alittle slow, and in som ably a trifle weak, but the handyweight kinds were in demand at fully last week's prices. common and half fat St was slow, as usual. About sixty’ cars of cows arrived this morning and buyers made use of the op portunity to pound the market a Ittle. Sellers in some cases recefved fully steady prices for their stuff, while in others they had to take off a dime or more. The mar- ket could best be deseribed by calling it steady to a_dime lower. In spite of the fact that feeders wera in good supply today the buyers on good stuft just about steady. Yard traders were all good buyers, and taking everything into consideration it was a very satisfactory market.
