The new law went into effect July 4 and under its provisions the petit jury will be drawn in a few days for the August term of the district court Judges mith and Green, however, have decided to let the grand jury seiected last December hold over until the first of the year, and it is understood that this plan will be quite gen crally adopted throughout the state.
