CHICAGO, Sept. 2—At a meeting of the executive committoc of tho Worlds fair directory last night it was decided to con- tanue the litigation regarding the opaning of the gates on Surda, Edwin Walker, attorney for the exposition, said the first steps which would be taken would be to get a hearing on tne motion to vacate the order issued by Judge Goggin on Thuraday, con- tinuing the case until November 1. Mr. Walker said his intention was to carey his motion to vacate the order before Judge Ewing, as he understood t the judge had signitied a willingness to hear the case. Mr. Walker was asked i the gates uld be closed in the event that Judge Ewing should vacate Judgo Goggin's order.
