EWINGS DAUGHTERS IN 1T Joo Williams' Accomplices in His Awful Orime Were His Viotim's Ohildren. IN THE POISON CASE DEVELOPMENTS Willlams and the Two Girls Had Arranged to Go to Callfornia After the O11 Folks Were Oat of the Way Mo ls n Bad Egg. Ttnow transpires that Joe Willlams was not alone in his plan to poison the Kwing family. He had accomplices, and the police have devloped the fact that theso were the unnatural daughters of the intended victim, in addition to boing a nd worthless man, was some- in his way, and sucoe in ing the affoc tions of the two girls who headed the flock of Bwing childven. They sustained fmproper relations with Williams, and each seemed satisfied to share his sctions with the other. A numb facts have been developed that indicate that at least one of the girls was to . agreater orless extent fmplicated in the crime. They admit that Williams had re peatedly told thom that he was going to poison the family and on the morning in question neither of them drank any of the coffec that contained the poison. Oneof the girls was brought to the police station yesterday morning and was closely questioned. She admitted that Willinms had been unduly intimate with her older sister, Addie, but denied that he had sustained similar relations with her, She said that they had planned for some time that V liams was to marry ‘one of them and take them both with him to California. The po- lice believe she is not telling all she knows and he may be heid to await further de- velopuients. The funeral of Albert Ewing, the 13-year- old boy who died from the effects of the polson, was held yesterday afterndon and the remains interred in Forest Lawn cemotery, Mrs. Ewing is much wor and it is not thought that she survive. The effect of the poison has been | rendered more deadly by the shock wesult- | from the death of ner boy, aud her death | y occur at any moment No trace has been obtained of the where- abouts of the supposed murderer. It was réported that he was seen on th last night, but no credence is attached to the statement. The police have hunted over the entire city and officers in citizens clothes have watched every place where he would be likely to turn up. It is considered a tainty that he ot out of town, and de- seriptions of him have been seut to the thoritics of the principal citics of Neb and Towa: generajly bad thing of masher nesn. of Joolsa Prarrsvovti, Neb. 30.—[Special to Tur Ber]—Jjoe Williams, the colored n “ wanted in Omaha on the charge of adminis- toring poison to the family of his fath law, lived here until he move His reputation among his people was below par. joys vor, gentie action and sooth- | D of Flis, whon in need of The pleasant ing effect of a laxative, and if the fathe; costive o ous, the most gratif) follow its use; 5o that it is the bes i remedy known und every family should have | | It Will Soon Be Placed Upoa the Markets of the World. I have scen the Platte river a 1 powder hor Why not go up the Mi viver ten or fifteen miles and tap it with a ten foot con dult reaching down to the city? You would have all the fall you would need and would always have plenty of water. Its me that this would be a much mor and practical schewie thun the Platte plan.” Prof Cornell is also deeply the great Wyoming ivr had something to say concerning the enter. prise. “We judgearid land by the quality of sage brush it produces.
