The business manager managed to n- promise the matter, and the paper came out this afternoon as usual, Reported This Afternoo The grand jury was advertised to make its final report this afternoon and 4 o'clock the sixteen men filed into Judge Hall's court room and answered to their names. Their foreman, J. . R. Millar, reported that they had a report to make but that they desi to make a final report tomorrow morning They were accordingly excused until 9 o'clock. The report this afternoon consisted of a formidable roll of manuscript cavefully done up in a package. Its coutents will not be made known until tomor but it is known to contain the findings of the jury with reference to the condition and manage- ment of the county jail.
