Price changes were frequent, but during most of the day kept within u range of about 'se with the average price lower than yesterday's close. Tho murket closed dull and heavy to weak at the lowest prices of the day. "The final changes are generaily for smull fractional losses but Burlington is down 1% per cent, Louisville Uy per cent and Wheeling & Lake Erle proforred | per cent.
