Sherift Boyd will go to Lincoln today and with_him will go Mamie Green and George Meyer, who have been sen- tenced to do timo in the penitentiary. The Stapleton land company filed articles of incorporation in the office of tho county clerk today. The capital stock is $400,000, divided into shares of 8100 each. The incorporators are D, C. THE DE Bishop O'Connor's Death Celebrated with a Requicm Mass. One year ago yesterday, after a long and most painful ilincss, Rt. Rov. James O'Counor, D.D., the Catholic bishop, of Omaha, died. In commemoration of tho event, a solemn requiem high mass was celobrated in St. Philomena’s cathedral, for the repose of his soul.
