Cher.owith, a new-comer to this city, died suadenly of heart disease at 10:30 o'clock yesterday morning in a Cbinese laundry at 1008 Harney street. The deceased had just moved here with his family from Sioux City, Ia., and was en- gaged in superintending the removal of his goods from the depot to the residence at 1445 North Seventeenth street. He euntered the laundry to get some cloth- fng that had been left there, He complained of feeling tired, and sat down, but almost immediately fell to the floor a corpse. Clarkson reccived the sing information Monday from Oolo- rado Springs apprising him of the death of his daughter, Ceceha M. Clarkson. Mrs. Clark- son was at her daughter's bedside when she passed into ecternity. Major Clarkson took the afternoon train for Colorado Springs and will return with MrS. Clarison and the remaius today. The deccased was very highly esteemed by a large circle of friends and the family, which consists of Major Clarkson and wifo, three daughters and a son, will have the sympathy of a host of friends 'in this bereave- ment.
