The Frainex Case, The long drawn out Frainey case was sub nitted yestorday afterooon, and Judge Macy will now have the task of going through & e, 058 of papers and deciling the matter. The - case {8 brought by one Smith, trator, against Mrs, Frainey, that Frainey used $1,600 of tho money se- cured from his father’s estate and used it in building & house in which he now lives and whichstands in Mrs. Frainey's name. It is urged that the money did not belong to Frainey, and that Mrs, Frainey should be compelled to relinquish the house, the deed conveying it to her baing fraudulent. Mrs. Frainey claims that the $1,600 was money which she had been saving little by little.
