After Clerk Moores had read his journal yosterday morning,Judge Wakeley announced that thero would he & meeting of the mem- bers of the Douglas county bar association in Judge Clarkson's court room at 12 o'clock to memorialize on the death of the late Hon. James W. Savage. At the hour mentioned, a large number of attorneys put in an appearance. Hon. A. J. Poppleton presided and Mr. Clapp was elected secretary pro tem. The chair stated that, in his opinion, the proper thing to do Would be to name & com- mittee to adopt resolutions which vould be spread upon the journal of the association. Mr. E. W.
