For a long time, owing to the interest that is being taken in the culture of sugar beets I considered that Nebraska interests might be greatly injured by the bill, but in view of the proposed govert- t bounty on that industry the law will meet all requirements and be even more satis- factory than the duty. As an item of con- sumption, sugar, I think affects the people at, large more than any other.
