Creedon has commenced suit against the city to recover 3,000 for damages to his property by reason of his premises having been entered and s house sawed in two and romoved, compelling him to vacate. The mayor, city couacil, building inspector, fire chief and city engineer are made parties to the suit. Andrew Johnson usks the court to declare that certain limes upon a lot couveyed to him by John Lovegreen, subject to a mortgago held by C.E.
