Stobbs, James ghorn, DIED IN THE TOWERK, The Unaccountable Suicide of an Ex- emplary Laborer. Yesterday afternoon, shortly after 8 o'clock, the lifeless body of Jumes Gallagher, wus found hanging in the tower of the American Water Works company’s building at Florence. The discovery was made by a couple of men who had been engaged in putting iu the system ot electric light which is to illuminate the building. In the absenc of Coroner Drexel, Deputy Sherff Houclk held the inquest, the jury, consisting of Messrs.
