Fuller claims that he only took $42 from Nagle, to keep for him while he was mcbri- ated, 'The money was never returned, and Nagle now asserts that it was stolen. Fuller was held to the district court. A Kick at the City Hall. By request of Chief Seavoy, @ mandate has been issucd by Chief Galligan of the fire department ordering all employes in the different offices in the city hall to keep out of the operating room whore the alarms are turned in. As a result there isa great “kiok” among these employes because that is the only room coutaining a sink, water, towels and other paraphernelia where they can wash their hands and clean out ink- stands, ete. How They Are Regarded by Those on the Outside. It it has been the desire of Douglas county's commissioners to gain & reputation there is no question that they have succeeded most admirably. He was enguged in the work of regulating certain machinery about the bollers. Suddenly the steain gencrator burst and asmall piece of broken glass struck him in the eye. It cut the tissues through, dnd for a time left him in an unconscious condition.
