The flames then burned a building 400 feet square which was being erected for the calcine furnaces. At least one-half of the great plant was consumed, The buildings were all new as was also the machinery, which was heavy and expensive, ‘There is but little doubt that the fire was of incendiary origin e GOING A R BTANLEY, An 0!d African Explorer Will Start Out Alone.
