After Three Hou Deliberation Jury Fail to Agree. The case against Chief Galligan, of the fire department, was heard before Judge Berka and a special jury Saturday afternoon. The charge was using loud, profane and ob- scene language on the morning of the late fire at the New York dry goods store. It was brought at the instance of Sergeant Haze, of the police force. The sergeant was the first witness called. He was detailed to atteud the fire in question. After it had been got under control, company No. 2 W ordered home and were recling their hose.
