The funeral of Ole Olson, murdered Wednesday night by William Ferguson, took place from the residence of his step-father. Mr. Michaelson, at Flor- ence, yesterday afternoon. The hardware store of Hussie, 2407 Cuming street was burglarized Thursday night and twenty-five pocket knives and six razors were stolen. Entrance was effected by cutting the slats of the shut- ters to a side window and pulling out the lower sush. No clue to the per- petrators, “0Old Nick," a horse that has been i the active service of the Metz Brother brewery for the past twenty-five years, reached the end of his usefulness ves- terday, when, owing to an incurable in- jury he was chloroformed to death, *0ld Nick” was a good and faithful servant and deserved to have been worked to death.
