Among the latest in- quiries is one from Treasurer Ferguson, of York county, who writes to the attorney general as follows: Our county being governed by township zation, and as there seems to bea nflict in the law governing township collectors, 1 hereby submit the following questions for your opinion: 1. After collectors have taken out their tax lists is the county treasurer allowed to collect nny. taxes from that township dating the time the tax books are in their hands? 2.
