Yesterday morning Coroner Faul re- ceived a telegram from Honey Creek, forming him that a dead man had been found. He went immediately and was accompanied by a constable. The in- vestigation went to show that Alfred Bybee, a young man, while out hunting early in the morning on the banks of the Boyer river, found a man lying in the mud and his body almost completely under the mud. The supposition was that the man had tricd to cross the Boyer during a snow storm, fell in and was drowned. The jury returned a verdiet to that effect.
