A Man from Plattsmouth—Found His Watch—The Morning Grist. J.W. Kennard is an old gentleman from Plattsmonth with a decided predi- lection for sprecing. He stoad up before Judge Stenberg in police court yestorday and, looking him straight in the cyes, plead mot guilty to a charge of drunkenness. It seems that Kennard had arrived hero on Satarday and on S urday night was decoyed into anotorious den on Twelfth street by the charms of one of the young women. Shortly after- wards he had this same girl arrested for robbing him of his gold watch and chain. The ticker was found upon his own per- son, however, and the girl was released, Kennard promised to leave town, and failed to do 8o and was arrosted last night beastly drunk, His case has been continued for hearing.
