Stewart got an injunction cut restralning the telephone company from cutting him off from the use of the exchange. Tt appears that in the morning one of Mr. Stewart's family asked the central office for u connection, and soon after Mr Stewart called up the central, and asking for the manager, Mr. Mussulman, clalmed that a mistake had been made. Mr. Mussulman ssys that Mr. Stewart opened on him a* once very roughly, asking him if he wasn't pald fop soeing to it that the oflice was run right, The manager told him that he bad him. telf made the comnection asked for and he knew it was cor- re Mr. Mussulman a that Mr. Stewart then called him ‘‘a damned liar,” On hearing this Mr. Mussulman took out the plugs, thus cutting off con nection. He left Mr. Stewart discon- nected about half an hour. About noon ® notice was sent to the company that an injanction had been applied for before Judgs Aylesworth to restraln the com- pany from disconnectlng Mr. Stewart’s telephone or severing it.
