McGee, Herman Fielding and Wm, Daily wero all charged with fighting, and pleaded guilty without a murmur and wore called upon to deposit €5 each and costs, Martin Reap was charged with fighting with Peter Smith, He eaid ho was walk- ing along Thirtoenth street with a friend when they met Smith, Smith hurrahed for Blaine and Reap’s companion let out a yoll for Cloveland, whereupon Smith challenged Reap to fight. M, Henry Gibson, of the Herald oftice, re- monstented with them when one of them struck him with the whip, whereupon he hed thom arrosted.
