Now that the new sewerage is being laid the city has abandoned the old eower, and the Pacific house folks propose to re- open tho direct sower to the creek, in tending to use it only a fow weeks until the city’s new seworage is complatod so that the houso can b connected with that. Mace Wise has sued for an junction to restrain this, aud served no- tice on the city, He is quite hot about it, and talks of blowing the sewer up with dynamite if he cannot get rid of it any other way.
