A Man Arrested for Stealing a Horse Seven Years Ago, Constable Tom McGin, of Neola, ar- rived here yesterday with a prisoner named Nose, whom he placed in jail here for safe keeping to await the action of the next grand jury, the fellow being un- able to furnish the $500 bonds required. The charge against him is that of horse stealing, last April Nose appeared at Neola and 1t appoars that seven yoars ago hired a horse of Remington Bros. for a drive out into the country. He forgot to roturn and nothing was seen or heard of him_until tho other day when he appoar- ed at West Philadelphia and was recog- uized by Sheriff (isorge Rainbow, and identified by two other men. He was at once arrested and will now have to stand trial.
