Omaha was yesterday relleved of the the presence of & couple of her suspicious characters, who, from present appear- ances, will be held for some time by the Sarpy county authorities. On last Thursday night the depot at Bellyeue was burglarized. On the same night Wright's general merchandise store was enteredand about §125 worth of goods, con®isting of clothing, boots and shoes, hats and caps, ete., were taken. The burglars filled their pockets with filberte, and after they had walked quitea dis- tance from the ecene of their robbery, they sat down and ate part of them. They kept on eating them after they con- tinued their journey, and dropped the shucks along their path. By this means they were able to be tracked to Omaha, where they wero found by a constable from Sarpy county near Boyd's packing-honse, ~ When arrested they were wearing a part of their booty.
