A man giviog his name as J, Mo Gee, was on a Sunday afternoon drunk, which seems to have reduced him to even below the brute idea of decency. As he was walking along Broadway with a man named James Murphy, who was also drunk, he en- tered a restaurant where a number were eating and commenced the most filthy and disgusting talk, and & most indecent exposure of person.
