An ac- count of the expenditures of the Land League fund will be rendered at the nonforenca, The principal object of the new league will be & vigorous agi- tation for redress of grievances, the abolition of landlordism and the Im- provement of the condition of laborers, Practical measures will be proposed and a definite policy marked out.
