She is ihe wife of Ei gineer Clarkson, of the Micl Southern duwmy train, whose resi- dence, at South Chicago, wae report- od entered one night, a week or two ago, by two men, who threw vitriol into his face, nearly ruining his eyes and disfiguring his face in a horrible mananer.
