About twenty months ago the pro- prictcrs of Tue Bre made a contract with two lithgraphers, Joseph Brown and J. Rachek, for establishing s lith- > | ozrsphic branch with the Omaba Bee priuting house, The contract was for five years, and allowed the proprietors of Tik Brr percentage upon all litho- g-aph work, in consideration of ade vortising the business, furnishing travelling men, room, light, fuel, etc. Asa guarantee for the performance of the contract the materials vsed in the lithozraph branch were to be held 814 secority in case the contract was * | violated by Brown & Rachek. The two partners in the lithograph concern quarrelled avd finally abont four months ago Rachek atsumed the entre busiess.
