From Sioux City the traveler takes the train of the Dakota Southern railroad to Yank- ton, 60 miles; From Yankton to Brule City, 125 miles, he travels by steamboat up *he Missouri ata cost of two dollars ; and from Brule City to Harney’s Peak, 192 miles, his raute lies_along the level, grassy valley of White Earth river. The steamboat ride and wagon travel westward from Yankton, will, we doubt not, be enjoyed by all lov- ers of the beautiful in Nature and even by the dullest and most prosaic of travelers.
