The parade will be held at 1.30 p. m., follow- ing which cmnmfwymlovmgcupcw;llbeheld‘ on Chelsea Parade. ' The prizes will be awafded by the: Corps making the best appearance and also for the qual- | for contestants in snare drumming and baton swinging. Each Corp will average fifteen men, and it is ex- pected that about: four hundred players will come to Norwich for the contest, and the affair will provide a -wvelentumnmentforthepeopleofthonnec- ticut who will visit Norwich on that occasion.
