A steam sawmill a capacity of between 10,000 and feet of timber a day has been instalied The timber is of various kinds, but is mostly chestnut, hemiock and oak. Abost 200,000 feet of it will be used for rebuild- ing the Green Woods dam at New Hart ford. Nearly 1,000 elementary schools in London are to be provided with wer shrines in memory of former pupiid Eilied & be war.
